Sant Manukyan, an analyst with Is Yatirim, the investment banking arm of Isbank Group, said China’s participation in global supply chains is essential in minimizing the risk of disruptions and fluctuations. He also noted that China’s internal market remains a major asset as the country continues to introduce policies aimed at stimulating domestic consumption.
Speaking at a meeting in Izmir hosted by the Aegean Exporters’ Association (EIB), Mehmet Ali Isik, head of the Aegean Dried Fruit and Products Exporters’ Association and owner of Isik Agriculture, praised China's well-established and diversified supply chain system. He said it plays a key role in reducing global trade risks and ensuring smoother trade flows, including for Türkiye.
Both experts agreed that China’s economic strength not only stabilizes global supply networks but also offers expanded opportunities for exporters around the world.
